About Me
Hey I'm Francesca, I would like to start with a HUGE welcome and massive thank you for joining the gang if you're new here!!
I have a huge passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry which has grown incredibly over the years. Theirs always something new and the connections I have built over the years have been inspirational.
Over the years I have grown as an individual and as a beauty therapist, working in numerous salons and spas whilst developing my knowledge by more training and individual courses to expand this brain of mine. Wether thats been through the companies I have worked for and also as my own independent brand.
I have trained with some big companies ie. Clinicare, Cryopen, Elemis, Environ skin care, Noveau Lashes, Henna brows international, IIAA, Advanced nutrition programme, Lucy White permanent makeup, Sarah Larvin SPMU, PMU Academy Essex, Jade Jefford PMU, The PMU Collective, Jenny Cader Training Academy, Jenny Oliver and the list goes on.
I started self employment when i was 18, i found my feet and absolutely loved being my own boss so the journey started.
After a good few years of working from home and different salons over the years, in the December of 2016 I was just casually looking online for a premises and I found a unit that I could transform and build on! In the march 2017 I received the keys and in the May, ONE Beauty was open.
After 3 years, I found my niche in the permanent makeup industry which has completely changed everything. I was in awe of seeing my clients extremely happy with their new lips, brows and eyeliner. The PMU Industry doesn't stop there for me just yet due to always learning and perfecting my skills with masterclasses with some fantastic and inspiring people.
My salon achieved everything I could imagine, the clients who are now family, friends and family who would pop in for a cuppa, the appointments that felt like I was catching up with a friend, the hard work really paid off. I absolutely loved every minute of it and it has been my greatest achievement. 6 years on and ONE Beauty had served what it needed to and I decided to downsize and focus on a work life balance.
ONE By Francesca evolved and continues to thrive! I welcome all clients wether you've been to me before or you are new here. I am fully qualified, fully licensed and insured.
