WHEN BOOKING WITH ONE BY FRANCESCA I ADHERE AND CONFIRM TO ALL OF THE POLICIES BELOW.
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
All appointments are able to book online via the book now button on the 'contact us' page or Instagram/Facebook links. Alternatively message on facebook & instagram or drop me an email to onebyfrancesca@outlook.comand i will get back to your messages as soon as i can.
All emails & messages will be replied to between Monday - Friday.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
I am aware that sometimes things cannot be helped but i advise not to bring children to the salon.
IS THERE A BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Your appointments are reserved especially for you so i will ask upon booking your appointment to confirm your chosen treatment with your card details on the Timely booking system. This is to secure your appointment, you will not be charged upon confirming.
If you book any SPMU consultations, a deposit of £50 will be taken upon booking, this secures your appointment and is your deposit which will come off the treatment cost.
I therefore ask that you notify myself at least 72 hours in advance if you wish you cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will receive a text message and/or email reminder 72 hours before your treatment, this allows you to rearrange/cancel within the time frame without being charged a fee.
If you fail to let me know at your reminder text and within the time frame window, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
Late cancellations & ‘no show’ appointments cost precious time & money, therefore if i receive less than 72 hours notice of cancellation, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up & will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?
I offer numerous services that require patch tests at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
These include, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, henna brow design, brow lamination & semi permanent makeup. Failing to have a patch test will result in your appointment being cancelled. You will still be charged if it falls within the cancellation period.
CAN I HAVE TREATMENTS IF I AM PREGNANT?
If you are expecting, you will need to make us aware as some of our services cannot be performed during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
Clients who are pregnant and breastfeeding, Permanent makeup and CryoPen can not be carried out at all.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
YES! Most longer services will require a deposit. For tattoos, there is a small design fee that will not come off the cost of the tattoo. All of this is stated on the booking system.
HOW DO I PAY YOU?
I accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash. I do accept card payments but please be aware, a 2% fee will be applied at checkout.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR A TREATMENT IF I AM NOT HAPPY?
At the start of every service a consultation form is read throughly, filled in and signed for by you explaining the treatment, contraindications and medical history. An after treatment form is also read and signed by mutual agreement to say you are happy with the service provided. This binds you into a contract with PMU by Francesca so refunds will never be given out.
Depending on the result of a treatment, a refund may be refunded at my own discretion.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive on time for you appointment. If you arrive early please be seated and get comfy on the sofas at the front of the salon to wait until your appointment time slot as I may still be with a client. Your time is as valuable as much as the next person, so please think of others too. I do my best to allocate enough time for everyone and sometimes that little extra. Please understand that a lot of the time I do work back to back to accommodate all my clients to ensure everyone has their own time slot.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are running late for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate late arrivals within 10 minutes of your appointment time slot, by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining the full price. In the case of some treatments however late arrivals may mean that I am unable to honour your booking. Unfortunately arriving 15 minutes or more over the scheduled time your appointment will result in your treatment being cancelled and you will be subject to the full charge of the treatment/treatments. Also no further appointments will be available until the outstanding balance is paid.
